How far in advance should I send out my wedding stationery?

This depends on your wedding details. If you are planning to send out save the dates, these are often sent 12-18 months before your wedding day, however if you are just planning on sending out invitations then it is suggested that 4-8 months. If you are having a destination wedding you may want to send them sooner to ensure your guests can plan accordingly.

When should we order our stationery, how long does the bespoke process take?

Designing your bespoke stationery usually takes around 4-6 weeks. This can vary depending on the amendments and how quickly you respond to our emails.

I’ve seen a design I like on your website, can I order that?

We offer six ranges of semi-custom stationery that can be tailored to your wedding. We also offer a bespoke design service that is tailored to each couple. Therefore we will work closely with you to create something that is unique to you, and work with inspiration from the design you like, along with your wedding colours, theme and style for the day.

Can you print my stationery?

We can print your stationery with our local printer at an additional cost. We offer all designs as digital designs which you can get printed at your local printers.

Can we make changes to our design?

Yes. You will receive an proof of your initial designs once they are ready. At that stage you can give us your feedback and we offer two rounds of free amendments until you are 100% happy with it. Three rounds of amendments are included in the price. Any additional amendments are charged at an hourly rate.

How do I make a payment?

Once you have agreed your bespoke quotation, we will send over an invoice, payable by BACS transfer or Paypal. We ask that 50% is paid upfront and 50% is paid once you're 100% happy with the designs. The design process will only commence once payment has been received and we have received your stationery wording and details.

Can I cancel my order?

In some cases orders unfortunately have to be cancelled. Please bear in mind that your 50% deposit payment is non-refundable if any design work has commenced. If your design has been signed off then the order cannot be cancelled.

If this happens then please get in touch with us a soon as possible for alterations to be made. The responsibility for checking proofs lies with the client.

Can you also design my on-the-day stationery?

We design everything from maps to table plans, menus to orders of service. We will let you know during the design stage timescales for ordering your on-the-day stationery.
